Meet The Team

The Key Sports team are a group who are enthusiastic about sport and passionate about inspiring more children into sport to help them enjoy being active and develop a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Scott Quinney
Director
Scott launched Key Sports in 2009 after gaining a BA Honours degree in Leisure and Sport Management at Leeds Metropolitan University. He played football for Peterborough Utd Youth team and semi-professional for local clubs in the United Counties League. He enjoys all sport and lives in Orton Longueville, Peterborough.
Spencer Tinkler
Senior Sports Coach
Spencer joined Key Sports in 2013 and has developed a successful coaching career with us. Educated at Stanground Academy, he plays semi-professional football for Holbeach Utd in the United Counties League and lives in Stanground.
Neil Godhania
Sports Coach
Neil attended Hertfordshire University where he gained a degree in Sports Coaching. He joined Key Sports in 2016. He played football for local semi-professional clubs in the United Counties League before moving to the backroom staff at Peterborough based team Peterborough Sports and helping them win their first ever UCL title.
James Blake
Sports Coach
James attended Nene Park Academy and joined Key Sports after gaining a BTEC in Sport. He lives in Yaxley and plays semi-professional football as a goalkeeper with Yaxley FC.
Dion Sembie-Ferris
Sports Coach
Dion attended Ormiston Bushfield Academy and played football at a professional level for Colchester Utd FC. He lives in Peterborough and is currently a star attacking player for Peterborough based side PSL in the Evo-Stik League.
Mark Plummer
Sports Coach
Mark is a well-known local sports journalist who is passionate about football, speedway and ice hockey. He coaches a local Girls football side and enjoys all sport.
Matt Miles
Sports Coach
A former professional football player for Leicester City FC, Matt currently plays for St Neots Town in the Southern League. Educated at Hinchingbrooke Academy, he enjoys a wide range of sports and lives in Brampton.
Janet Quinney
Finance Manager
A background in finance, business and education, Janet manages the accounts and compliance responsibilities of the Key Sports business. She has experience of working in primary schools and is also NNEB qualified.
Kasey Douglas
Sports Coach
Kasey Joined Key Sports in April 2019. He was a youth team footballer at Peterborough United and made an appearance for their first team in the Checkatrade Trophy.

All Key Sports coaches have a minimum of FA Level One Coaching qualification, are committed to meeting the right standards of coaching and comply with the Key Sports Code of Conduct.

All Key Sports Coaches are enhanced DBS checked and possess Safeguarding Children and Emergency First Aid Certification.
