School Lunchtime Clubs

Lunch breaks are a great way for children to enjoy a healthy bout of organised exercise of around 45-60 minute sessions and encourage a balance of physical and mental activity throughout the school day.

Our goal is to give children a positive, fun sporting experience to help them enjoy being active which can also help with social behaviour during lunchtime. Research shows that children who enjoy being active often develop better – better academic performance, better behaviour, better health and better lifestyle.

Key Sports offer 18 different sports and our qualified sports coaches supervise the activities that can be changed regularly and are flexible to meet the requirements of your school.
