Key Sports in the Community is a Community Interest Company, a not-for-profit organisation approved and set up alongside Key Sports to help inspire more children into sport.

Key Sports in the Community is looking to attract local businesses to “Sponsor a School” or “Sponsor a Pre-School/Nursery” and through these Sports Partnerships provide organised sports activities in Primary Schools and Pre-Schools/Nurseries around the Peterborough area.

Businesses can sponsor a School or Pre-School/Nursery for a 6 week period (half term) up to a 12 week period (full term) and this sponsorship funding will go to the selected School or Pre-School/Nursery for sports activities.

Key Sports in the Community have developed and manage these programmes on part of our social responsibility and will work hard to ensure the programme is effective for both your business and the selected School or Pre-School/Nursery.

“The children and staff have really enjoyed the sessions that Scott has provided. There are so many different activities that each child regardless of ability has found something that they really enjoy doing. Who knows, by spending time encouraging sporting activity at this age we could be taking care of the Olympic Champions of the future.”

So How does it Work?

Key Sports in the Community aim to deliver organised sports activities for children attending Primary Schools and Pre-Schools/Nurseries in the Peterborough area made possible through commercial Sports Partnerships with local businesses, grants and donations.

We believe that providing younger children with a positive fun sporting experience and an opportunity to participate in and enjoy a range of sports activities at the earliest age is extremely valuable. Grass-roots sports coaching not only provides a headstart in learning sport but also supports physical and social development and is essential to help promote a healthier, active lifestyle.

Key Sports in the Community provide a range of sports activities that include Football, Basketball, Rugby, Dodgeball, Multi-Sports, Gymnastics, Cricket, Athletics, Tri-Golf, Multi-Skills and Dance.

  • Your company name will be advertised on our Key Sports website as a sponsor partner.
